Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders are shipped the next business day.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once processed, they are shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method.

Delivery Times

Expected delivery times are 5–7 business days, depending on the location and shipping option.

Return Policy

We understand online purchases may not always meet your expectations. You can return items within 14 days of receipt (excluding final sale items) for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached.
• A valid return number from Head office is needed for in store return.
  

Process:

1. Contact us at info@collectioniris.com for a return number.
2. Send items to our warehouse in original condition.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once received.

Gift Cards

• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
• Returns for purchases made with gift cards are refunded as merchandise credit via an eGift Card.

Final Sale Items

• Sale items discounted under 50% are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of the shipping date.
• Sale items discounted 50% or more are eligible for a merchandise credit via an eGift Card.

Exchanges
